As of tomorrow October 1, I’ll no longer run the pole studio at Dover Gym. The poles are still there so stay tuned for what Dover Gym has planned on their page🎉

Thank you to those who trusted Rose Pole. To my family for support. To the doctors, nurses, and lawyers, Air Force women, and others we have taught. To the older women in their 50s and 60s who trusted Rose Pole to show them a softer way to get strong. To those who traveled far to learn from my instructors and I. To a wonderful photographer who highlighted moments…thank you all! It’s been an amazing year!

Entrepreneur at heart so this isn’t the end. With the data I have gathered, I get to take this time to reset, plan to have a private owned space, and be inspired by the lovely people who I have met in this lifelong journey.

I’m so happy that Rose Pole got to bring a safe environment for women and men to express themselves and get fit 💪🏾🎉
