ker rooms with towel service, an expansive free weight room and a general exercise area. The general exercise area has the latest in selectorized strength training including Freemotion and Cybex equipment. This area is also equipped with state-of-the-art treadmills, elliptical trainers, arc trainers, bicycles, and rowers. Bordering the second floor is one of the largest indoor tracks in the area. You can complete a mile in only seven and a half laps while being entertained with a view of the general exercise area, gymnasium and Recreation Park. Your walk or jog will also take you through a beautiful glass atrium with skylights. In addition, the state-of-the-art cycling studio and the aerobics studio, with a suspended wood floor, offer the latest in group exercise classes. Kid’s Korner is also located on the second floor.

TMMKFitness is bringing the Halloween spirit this week with Halloween Trivia during Cycling with Jessica on Thursday night at 6:15pm.

Then, on Halloween, join Wade for Family Fitness, where costumes are encouraged and candy is the treat of the day. Can't make it for class? You can still rock that costume and join us for Trick or Treat: TMMKFitness Edition, featuring a costume contest, games, tricks and plenty of treats are coming your way.

Our Story

We are a fitness family who puts our members at the heart of everything we do. We provide a fun and exciting environment for all members.

Our center has something for everyone. We are a 24 hour facility, open 4:00am Mondays – 5:00pm Saturdays and open to Toyota employees, family, and friends. We offer a wide variety of group exercise classes and clubs such as the TMMKFitness Run/Walk Club and the TMMKFitness Barbell Club

The general exercise area has the latest in selectorized strength training equipment from Cybex, Freemotion, and Hammer Strength. We also have a wide variety of free weights to choose from with access to multiple bench presses, squat racks, Olympic lifting platforms and more. Our exercise area is also equipped with state-of-the-art treadmills, elliptical trainers, arc trainers, Powermills, stairclimbers, bicycles and rowers.
