💣🥎 These 12U Bombers went 4-0 for the day, earning the #2 seed in the Gold Bracket! They battled in heat and played all day with only 9 players! 💪🔥

Game 1: The Bombers opened the day with a 10-4 win over Relentless Stars Howell. Aubree stayed hot at the plate with 3 hits, while Linley Kate added 3 hits of her own. Madison was strong in the circle, striking out 6, and the Bombers swiped 6 bases while collecting 9 hits as a team.

Game 2: In a nail-biter against Cleats on Fire, the Bombers battled to a 3-2 victory. Linley Kate drove in all 3 runs, including the go-ahead RBI in the third inning. Lawson and Aubree combined in the circle, and the team stayed aggressive on the bases with another 6 stolen bases.

Game 3: The Bombers completed the sweep of Cleats on Fire with a 5-3 win. Quinn was dominant in the circle, tossing a complete game with 9 strikeouts and no walks. Aubree led the offense with 2 hits, while Lawson drove in 2 runs.

Game 4: The day ended with another comeback victory, defeating the Carolina Bandits 6-4. Sawyer Kate launched an inside-the-park home run and drove in 3 runs, while McKinlee delivered the clutch go-ahead double. Madelyn and Sawyer Kate each collected 2 hits, and the defense played a clean game with no errors, highlighted by a double play.

Four games. Four wins. Countless big plays. Proud of the way these girls competed, stayed focused, and battled all day long. 🩵💣🔥🥎

Sunday recap for Coastal Bombers 12U 🩵💣

The girls battled hard all day and showed so much determination and heart!

🔥 Game 1: HUGE 7-6 win over Port City Storm in an international tie breaker! What a comeback! After trailing 4-0, the Bombers fought their way back and never quit. Sawyer Kate C was on fire, going 3-for-3 with a triple and earning the win in the circle! Big contributions at the plate from Linley Kate F, Madelyn T, and Aubree M helped tie things up and push the game into extras. The team stayed aggressive on the bases with multiple steals and even turned a double play! 💪

💥 Game 2: Tough loss to Carolina Pistols, 13-3. The Bombers came out strong, tying the game early with big hits from Sawyer Kate C, Venice P, and a triple by Madison C. A big inning by the Pistols made the difference, but the Bombers kept fighting. Linley Kate F led the team going 2-for-2, and the defense came up with another double play.

Proud of this team for continuing to compete, fight back, and support each other every inning. Lots of positives to build on! 🩵
