Meet Judy. She just crushed her 100th class at Pilates on Main, and to say we are obsessed with her is an understatement.

Judy is in her 70s, but age is just a number when you are officially built strong as a bull. Whether she is flowing effortlessly on the reformer, swinging kettlebells with perfect form, or out-lifting people in their 20s, Judy shows up and blows us away every single day.

Her dedication, energy, and strength inspire everyone in the studio. Judy, you are proof that movement is medicine and that consistency pays off. We are so incredibly proud of you and honored to be part of your fitness journey.

Huge shoutout to on hitting this incredible milestone! As a hardworking mom making the drive all the way from Lexington, your dedication inspires us every single day.

We have absolutely loved watching your journey evolve. You went from mastering the precision of the reformer to lifting our heaviest kettlebells, all while bringing the biggest smile and the kindest energy into the studio.

Gary is a true pillar of our POM community, bringing a sense of love, light, and total zen to every session. His smile truly lights up the room, and his constant encouragement makes everyone around him push a little harder.

At Pilates on Main, we see your strength every day. We see it in the way you find your center on the mat, the power you build in strength training, and the steady balance you bring to the chair and reformer.

But more than your physical strength, we are inspired by the dedication and love you pour into everything you do.

We are officially bowing down to the powerhouse that is Kara. Today, we celebrate a massive milestone: 500 classes at Pilates on Main! 🥂

is the ultimate definition of “doing it all.” Between killing it as a total boss babe and navigating the beautiful chaos of mom life, she consistently makes showing up for herself a priority.

Her journey has been incredible to watch:
💪 Crushing heavy weights upstairs to build that functional strength.
🩰 Transitioning into a beautiful, controlled flow on the Reformer.
⚖️ Finding her center and perfect balance on the Chair.

Tonight was pure magic under the open sky. ✨🌍

We celebrated Earth Day the best way we know how: moving with intention, breathing in the fresh air, and connecting with a community of beautiful souls. The weather was a dream, the energy was grounding, and our hearts are officially full.

A massive thank you to for leading us through an energizing Pilates flow that had us feeling strong and centered. 🥨💪 To wrap up the evening, the amazing guided us through a soulful yoga and meditation session that brought us right back to earth. 🧘‍♀️🙏

There is nothing quite like the feeling of the grass beneath you and a shared sunset above. Thank you to everyone who showed up for themselves and for our planet tonight. Let’s keep this grounded energy going all season long. 🌿🌤️
