For the 1st time this season, Wyatt Long was the recipient of the $100 "Kenny's Cash" in memory of Kenny Kent from Arnie Kent via his 3rd place finish on Saturday night at Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway!

Feature Race

Wyatt starts this feature in 10th, but one car was unable to make it out for the race and he was shuffled up to 9th.

Start of the race and he said he was still fighting the car until several laps in when it seemed to handle a bit better. Wyatt steadily maneuvered his way through traffic and was able to pull out a 3rd place finish! He was the hard charger of the race too!

For a new car that were still having an issue with, we'll take a podium finish!

Not sure what race plans are looking like this coming weekend or if we'll be taking the time to really go over the car to figure out where we're off. We'll keep you all posted!

His luck in the pill draw has been sporadic, so Wyatt would start 4th in tonight's heat and this race is stacked.

He said he felt like he was fighting the car all through hot laps & this heat. He'd finish 5th.

On to the feature to see if we can get some improvement.

Feature Race & Manufacturer's Night recap

This was also the series Manufacturer's Night where $11k worth of prizes and giveaways for our series sponsors were awarded to drivers present at the race. Thanks to Vickie and Mike for putting all this together! We won a full set of FK Rod Ends valued at $500!

His heat finish would have Wyatt starting 12th in the feature. Our goal for this night was to get a feel for the car & do the best we could while still rolling back on the trailer after all was said and done. With the track and the way the car handled on it, we fell back a few spots to finish 15th. We live to race another day!

Heat Race #3

Our weekend started at Tri City for our team's 1st race back there in a bit and 1st race in new chassis.

21 cars showed up for the series' Manufacturer's Night. Wyatt pulled a mid-pack pill which had him starting 3rd in the 3rd heat. The track was a challenge and not to Wyatt's preference so the car wasn't handling great. He'd end up finishing 4th.

On to the feature.
