Cancellation policy
Your deposit towards the rental of our equipment is nonrefundable. If you chose to cancel, give us 72 hour notice and we will give you the option to reschedule for an available date.

Cancellations due to weather
If you cancel due to weather, before the unit is in route (we will attempt to notify you before dispatch), you will keep 100% of your paid credits
for any future rental. If you fail to contact us prior to being in route you forgo your deposit. In severe weather situations we reserve the right to cancel and you will be notified in a timely manner and your deposit will be credited to your account.

Delivery/set up & take down fee
All equipment will have a delivery fee and will vary depending on your address you provide when reserving our equipment(s).

No promotions or spam
Give more than you take in this group. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed.

Be kind and courteous
Please be respectful and thank you for supporting Small Businesses.

No hate speech or bullying
Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
