Happy new year into a happy new routine! It has been a nice break off from the holidays, but it is time to get back to work!

Zumba will start back up on January 18 at 5:30 PM.

Happy October! Meet your instructor!

My name is Jenny. I have been with Jen and J’Studio for many years now. I work in the trade show industry by day and love teaching Zumba to you lovely ladies at night! My sister started a running journey and got me to tag along. I try to run at least 3 days a week and teach you all 1 night a week. I wanted to share my before and after progress.

The first picture is from March 2023 and the second is from this past weekend Sept 30, 2023. I was amazed when I put these two together because I still see the left version of myself when I look in the mirror. It’s possible with a little bit of work and effort, you can naturally transform your body to become a healthy you!

Lastly I would like to give a giant THANK YOU to you all! We have such a great community of ladies that we’ve had the pleasure of getting to know and helping you with your goals! Thank you for helping and being here for me throughout the years!

Ahhhhhh we have been on hiatus during the month of August. Between work, busy schedules and heat advisories, it was one crazy month! This month we are back in full force!

All classes are going to be held outside unless we have a rain day. 

If you’re looking for an easy way to work out and have fun, come, try us out! Come on by and bring a friend! Classes are just $5 on Thursdays at 5:30pm. All walk-ins are welcome! PM me for the address!
