Foot position matters…

A small adjustment in your foot placement during a hip thrust can shift the emphasis to different muscle groups and change how the exercise feels.

That’s why you’ll see us coach foot position with intention, not just tell you to push the weight.

The details matter. That’s where better results begin.

Bench Press Form Check! Not all bench angles are created equal.

✅ 45° Incline: Places more emphasis on the upper chest while still engaging the shoulders and triceps.

❌ Too Wide and Too High Angle: Shifts the workload away from the chest and puts more stress on the shoulders, increasing the risk of discomfort or injury.

The goal isn’t just lifting the weight, it’s targeting the right muscles safely and effectively. Small adjustments in your setup can make a big difference in your results.

Remember:
Keep your shoulders down and back
Control the movement
Choose an angle that allows your chest to do the work

Train smarter, not just harder.

A gym should be more than a place to workout.

It should be a place where you feel supported, challenged, and celebrated every step of the way.

At LadyStrong, we’re building a community where women can show up as they are, grow stronger together, and feel confident in every season of life.

Getting ready for tomorrow’s Father’s Day Throwdown Fun Run!

A little before and after stretch demo because recovery matters just as much as the run.

We keep our Fun Runs fun by sprinkling them into the workouts along the way.

By keeping everyone moving, challenged, and energized.

Who’s joining us tomorrow?

Slam Ball & Ski Erg Similarities

Both are full-body movements that build endurance, strengthen the core, and improve conditioning while getting the heart rate up.

Why We Use Them at LSF. We use both because they help women build strength, stamina, and confidence in a scalable way.

They provide an effective workout that supports everyday movement, overall fitness, and long-term progress.

Progress isn’t always measured by the scale.

Eight months ago, LSF member Kayla was rowing 15 pounds per side. Today, she’s rowing 30 pounds per side.

That’s double the weight. Double the strength. Double the confidence.

This is what happens when you stay consistent, trust the process, and keep showing up.

The small improvements that seem insignificant day to day eventually turn into results you can see and feel.

Strength isn’t built overnight. It’s built one workout, one rep, and one decision to keep going at a time.

• Glutes activated
• Body in a straight line from head to heels
• Neck neutral, eyes looking down

Avoid letting your hips sag or rise too high.
