Some of my favorite things to see a strength coach leadership and encouragement.

It’s important that teams understand they are getting stronger together not alone. Hold each other accountable, help each other learn, and most importantly motivate each other.

The weight room should not sound like a library…ever.

⚔️ If you like sled pulls and have a group of friends to workout with, tug of war is a must.

It’s like a sled pull but with bragging rights on the line.

‼️‼️ Side Note: Thanks to Karl for being a great leader!

Day after day he comes in and shows the younger athletes what it means to be dedicated and give it your all.

He doesn’t shy away from helping them or accepting their endless amount of challenges.

Keep it up and in your pursuit of greatness!

A great game from two exciting young teams.

I have to thank the coaches for giving me the opportunity to get to know/work with the athletes.

With a full year of strength and conditioning, next year greece football is putting western New York on notice.

Credit for my ability to balance physically and the creativity to think of doing things others have not is directly related to my love of skateboarding.

Whether it was skating places that town officials thought were unusable or landing tricks on the most uneven surfaces. That board has given me the athleticism I have today.

Where I al@getting at is as athletes it’s important to have a love outside of your sport. Something that will help you stay active and moving even when the stressful demands of the sport become too much. For me that was always skateboarding, it was my way to stay active, In shape and maintain balance and coordination that would allow me to do things on the court/field that others could not.

Arcadia has some beasts on their line!

When it comes to squatting for athletes, the movements of the sport take paramount.

Front squats to depth are a great way to help reach explosion out of the starting position.

Big things are coming for these athletes!

Some of the best agility workouts most of us have done is while playing.

These brothers are lax players and highly competitive. Today’s workout started with a game of “tag” to get the body moving, while also working on agility and allowing for healthy competition.

Loser did an exercise of the winners choosing.
