After 35 incredible years, it’s time for Sports Junction to close this chapter.

What started in 1990 as an 800 square foot shop on Jim and Maryanne’s property in Geneva became so much more than a store — it became a community. Thanks to the support of the hunting and outdoor community of Northeast Ohio, Sports Junction grew into a trusted home for archers, hunters, anglers, and outdoor families across the region.

For decades, our mission was simple: provide honest advice, unmatched service, and the best possible equipment so every hunter could step into the woods with confidence. From countless bow repairs to full freezers and trophy bucks, we are beyond proud to have been part of so many outdoor stories.
To our loyal customers, friends, and community — thank you.

Thank you for trusting us, supporting a family-owned business, and sharing your stories, photos, and memories with us over the years.
This isn’t just the closing of a store. It’s the closing of a chapter filled with memories we’ll carry forever.

Our final official day open will be December 24th. Beginning December 1st, we will be offering a step-down closing sale as we prepare to wind down operations. All current gift certificates must be used by December 24th and all archery and guns being serviced must be picked up by then as well.

After decades of early mornings, late nights, and doing what they love, Jim and Maryanne are ready to step into a well-deserved retirement and enjoy the next season of life. This will be your last chance to stop in, shop great deals, and say goodbye in person. We would love to see familiar faces one more time and thank you personally for being part of the Sports Junction family.
