Josh, Lee and Paige utilize their knowledge to create individualized program design through in-depth postural assessment, gait analysis, and medical and exercise history. We also utilize Trigger Point therapy -- an approach to release tension in six main areas of the body that most influence bio-mechanical efficiency. This approach to achieving structural integrity is applicable to runners, triathletes, and competitive and recreational athletes. We specialize in Weight Loss, Lifestyle and Nutrition Coaching, Sports Performance, Muscle Gain, Corrective Exercise (poor posture, problem knees, joints, post-rehabilitation, etc...), and Core and functional strength training.

Kate also has joint hypermobility, which makes personalized training especially important. Building muscle with joint hypermobility is crucial because strong muscles provide the stability, strength, and structural support that loose ligaments and connective tissues cannot. Through focused strength training, Kate is improving joint stability, reducing injury risk, and gaining confidence in her body—both inside and outside the gym.
