Meet Tim Massie, coach of our U16 Boys Red team!

Tim’s playing career included Aviators Soccer Club, Team Dayton—where he became an Ohio State Champion and national runner-up—Indiana Wesleyan University and the Grand Rapids Explosion of the USISL.

Coaching since 1996, Tim brings nearly three decades of experience to Forge, including 21 years with Campton United. He holds a USSF National D License.

Tim believes soccer gives players the freedom to express themselves individually while learning how to work collaboratively as a team.

“Take risks, dream big, learn from your struggles and enjoy the journey. Soccer is bigger than a game. Some players may become professionals, while others become doctors, lawyers or teachers—but the lessons learned through soccer last forever.”

During Forge’s inaugural season, Tim is excited to see coaches and players from different clubs come together to strengthen the game throughout our community.

FUN FACT: Tim has played soccer in 16 countries across four continents! 🌎

Forge Community Fall Session

Registration is open for the Forge Community Fall Session! Players will develop their skills in a positive, team-focused environment with two weekly practice options and Saturday games.

Practice options:

⚽ Mondays at 4:30 or 6:00 PM
📍 Dean & Peck Park

⚽ Wednesdays at 4:30 or 6:00 PM
📍 East Side Sports Complex

Saturday games will be played between 12:00 and 4:00 PM at Dean & Peck Park.

Our U19 Strikers have earned their spot in the US Club Soccer National Championship after an incredible performance!

They finished group play as champions, outscoring their opponents 14-1, and now have one final challenge ahead.

Tomorrow morning, they’ll take the field with a national title on the line.

Our 4 to 5-year-old Forge Foxes Summer Session is all about building confidence, making friends, and falling in love with the game.

From learning the basics to celebrating every goal and every smile, these young players continue to impress us each week. A special shoutout to Coach Mason for creating a fun, encouraging environment where every player can grow.

What were you doing last Saturday morning?

While most of us were still enjoying our weekend, Jeff and Kim Dunaway were hard at work helping honor the legacy of our club.

Jeff, Vice President of Forge Soccer Club, along with his wife Kim, spent their Saturday morning hanging our alumni recognition flags, celebrating the players and families who helped build the foundation of what Forge Soccer Club is today.

These flags represent years of dedication, growth, friendships, and the countless athletes who have worn our colors and continued their journey beyond the club.

Jeff is also a preferred partner through Dunaway Brothers | General Contracting, Windows & Doors , and we are incredibly grateful for the time, talent, and support that both he and Kim continue to give to our soccer community.

Thank you, Jeff and Kim, for helping preserve our history while investing in our future. ⚒️⚽
