We’re almost done with the ski season. Seems like it flew by!
Our home meet was a big success because of the efforts of our parents and volunteers. Special thanks to Sarah Abraham who came out of ski parent “retirement” to give us the benefit of her expertise in running the race! Shaun Abraham also fell back into his role of course setting and maintenance like he’d never been away!
Regionals are coming up tomorrow at Crystal Mountain. We cheer on the team and share some photos from the season.

Congratulations GHS Skiers! Ga***rd Girls #1 out of 36 D2 teams and Ga***rd Boys #9 out of 35. Way to represent both academically and athletically.

Keaton and Rayna will be racing at the D2 state ski meet at Boyne Highlands. First race begins at 9. You can follow them on live timing!

It was a cold windy day for our last BNC race of the season today. The boys and girls raced on different hills so my pictures are limited. Everyone has learned a lot and improved over the season, fun to watch!

Our team raced at our Regional ski meet today at Boyne Mountain

Congratulations to Rayna Robel and Keaton Abraham. They will both advance and ski at the state ski meet at Boyne Highlands

Rayna finished 3rd in slalom and 5th in GS. Keaton finished 5th in GS and 4th in slalom.

We finish our regular season BNC race next week at Schuss Mtn. States will be February 24.
