Did you know crawfish aren’t just fun to eat—they’re fun to learn about, too?

At Spring Break Camp, campers get to do both!
Students will enjoy crawfish as food and then take part in a hands‑on, educator‑guided crawfish dissection designed just for young learners.

During this experience, campers will:
-Discover the basic parts of a crawfish
-Learn where crawfish live and why they’re important to our local waterways
-Connect food, science, and the natural world in simple ways
-Ask questions and learn through fun, guided exploration

Registration is open now!
