Position: Bartender

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic bartender to join our staff. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy interacting with guests, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, wine, and beer.

· Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

· Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol service.

· Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.

· Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

· Previous bartending experience preferred but not required.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· Knowledge of state and local alcohol laws and regulations is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to order with consistency and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Assist with food preparation and inventory as needed
• Ensure dishes meet restaurant presentation standards
• Work closely with kitchen staff and servers for smooth service
• Monitor food stock levels and notify management when needed

Qualifications
