Quick turnaround on this Shoeless Joe mitt. Customer needed it by Wednesday for the World Series in Galveston. Dropped it off Sunday evening and had it back in hand Tuesday morning.

I’ve done a lot of gloves, but this one might be the first that I can actually hear the difference. This high school gamer sat in the bed of Parker Allman’s truck for 3 years after he graduated, enduring freezing temperatures, Texas heat, pouring rain, snow, sleet, and everything in between. To say it was a little stiff would be putting it lightly.
Now, it’s ready to go all over again.

Thank you Jason Allman for giving me the opportunity to fix this one up for you guys.

Special mitt here that belongs to Steve Dillard with some original patchwork done by Coach Loerwald himself. It’s always neat to do old mitts with stories attached to them. This one turned out great. The palm was completely gone so I replaced with a new leather patch as well as the usual clean, condition, and relace.
