Update- only 1/2 side of beef left.
A few folks have asked about purchasing beef from 6S River Ranch, so I figured I’d put this out there.
Typically, the Wagyu cattle we raise are reserved for our family’s personal consumption, ranch guests, and hunters. We don’t normally offer beef to the public.
That said, we currently have two extra F1 Wagyu steers that we’re planning to finish out and send to a USDA-inspected processor. Based on their current condition, we anticipate they’ll be ready in approximately 4 months.
These cattle are the result of crossing full-blood Wagyu bulls with premium Angus cows, producing exceptional marbling, tenderness, and flavor while maintaining the rich beef characteristics that make Angus so popular.
Our cattle are:
• Ranch-raised in Central Texas
• No added hormones
• USDA processed and packaged
• Sold by the whole, half, or quarter
We’re currently taking deposits to reserve portions. Pricing will be based on hanging weight, with final weights determined at harvest.
