One year ago yesterday, we officially became the owners of Stretch Zone Gastonia! 🎉 We're incredibly thankful for the members, staff, and community we have here. It's been a privilege to serve Gastonia and help people move and feel their best.

🏖️ Beach, lake, or mountains? Beach! Although a lake day is always a good option too. Give me a book, some sunshine, and I'm happy.
🍦 Favorite ice cream flavor? Coconut chocolate chip with chocolate sprinkles 🍫🥥
✈️ Dream summer vacation? I'd love to go back to Cape Town, South Africa. It's one of my favorite places I've ever visited!
☀️ Favorite summer activities? Pool days, grilling out, working on a good puzzle, and of course eating ice cream. These days, my favorite part is watching my kids experience all the fun that summer brings. ❤️
