Mine is going well. One goal of mine this year is to get back to the habit of exercise. Currently I am on a 4 day streak of going to the gym, and I’ll be headed there this evening to get in some cardio.

It can be easy to feel down on yourself for not doing something that used to be a large part of your routine. I have been working on taking things on day at a time and finding exercises that I enjoy doing.

I know I have been a little MIA lately, I turned my focus away from social media while I finished grad school and worked on other projects.
💠Now I want to put my energy personal training and working with you. My career goal since the beginning has been to help others create life changing habits in health and wellness.
💠Yes, I am a personal trainer but exercise is not all about what is happening physically. I work with clients on mindset, body image, behavior, all of it.
💠That being said I’ll be taking on 3 new clients at this time. Message me for info if you are interested (options for in-person or virtual training are available). Unsure if you’re ready to take the leap set up a call with me to learn more!
