Thanksgiving Lunch will be at Gassaway Fitness Center tomorrow from 12-2, first come first serve. We will have enough food for approximately 40 people, so get there early. It will be inside the fitness center. You can enter through the laundromat or the fitness center. If you are a First Responder and have to work be sure to stop by, or if you just have no other Thanksgiving plans feel free to stop by, ALL are welcome. We will be serving Turkey, Brisket, Sausage, Cowboy Beans, Potatoe Salad, Mac & Cheese, assorted deserts and drinks. Happy Thanksgiving!! Food will be catered by Trevor Goff and the BBQ Wagon!

The GYM ONLY will be temporarily unavailable on Monday evening at 6PM to move equipment downstairs in the new expanded area. We now have battle ropes and a shower. More equipment will be added once we determine how much space is available after the move. Gym will return to normal hours on Tuesday. Thanks!!

We are so excited to announce the downstairs portion of the gym will be complete very soon!
We have some new equipment added to the gym!
We are also going to have just one low monthly membership fee for ALL gym, tan, and sauna members!!
This is a perfect time to come in and check out the new addition and sign up for a membership!

Many have asked what we are doing with the old Mid State Marina building. To answer those questions, we had to wait on better weather to replace the roof. The roof is being replaced and work started today. We have already started gutting the inside. Once the roof is on and the inside is ready, we will be sectioning off spaces for rent. our plan/goal is turning this huge building into a mini mall. We have no idea how long this will take as this is a huge undertaking. We understand that commercial real estate/business space can be costly and we intend to offer affordable spaces for retail shops or businesses or offices. We also plan on having a large room that can be used as an event center, and IF the space allows it could also be used for indoor pickleball, batting cage etc. or other activities. If you own a small retail shop or have always wanted to open a business but could not find a prime location let us know we could potentially make your section to your specifications before construction starts. We have no idea of cost so please don't ask but like what was said we intend to be affordable so that small business can thrive. We anticipate 8-10 spaces, again it will depend on how everything works out.

To answer questions about the parts from the previous Honda and other dealerships we acquired we plan on selling those online beginning in May. We may also be posting them on FB marketplace. This truly a huge endeavor and we anticipate it will not go quickly.
