We traveled to AAU Nationals in Ft. Lauderdale this week with Mushin Do Karate from Fairmont WV. We competed as one team...

We traveled to AAU Nationals in Ft. Lauderdale this week with Mushin Do Karate from Fairmont WV. We competed as one team, Team Pheonix WV. All competitors were able to achieve getting a medal with the team total being 18, the team had 10 competitors. Special thanks to all the team coaches who dedicated a lot of time leading up to this competition. The Senseis, Shawn Radcliff snd Jeremy Cantrell, at Wolf Pack along with Sensei Garry Freeman and Sensei Pat Wilson, from Mushin Do have spent countless hours of the last several months to prepare the team for the competition.
