Subject: An Important Update from Six Hundred South RV & Self Storage (SHSRVS)

Dear Valued Customer,

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the passing of our beloved founder, husband, father, and grandfather, William "Bill" Sapp. Bill’s dedication to building this business and his commitment to serving our community has always been the heart and soul of SHSRVS.

As we navigate this time of loss, we want to assure you that the daily operations of the business will continue without interruption. To honor Bill’s legacy, we are keeping everything running just as it always has.

Going forward, the business will remain entirely family-run. Bill’s son, William "Billy" Sapp, will be taking over the primary operations of the facility. Bill’s widow, Mary Jo Sapp, and Billy’s wife and son, Amanda and Camden Sapp, will also be actively helping to manage the business.

What This Means for You:

New Primary Contact: If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance, please reach out to Billy Sapp directly at 765-243-4991. (Please note letters will be mailed to each customer individually and we will be updating our facility signage and business cards soon to reflect this new contact information).

File Updates & Reviews: Over the coming weeks, we will be reviewing customer files to ensure all of our records are up-to-date and to check if any older contracts need to be renewed.

Next Steps for Contracts: You do not need to take any action right now. If we identify that your file needs a renewed contract or updated details, we will reach out to you individually via mail with a new contract for your signature.

Available as of Thursday 11/19. Two 10x10 or one 10x20 self storage units. As a 10x20 you can store a car or regular cab pickup. 10x10 is $55 per month 10x20 is $110 per month.
