🇺🇸 MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND SCHEDULE 🇺🇸

We honor. We remember. We WORK.

This weekend we keep things rolling with our regular schedule Saturday & Sunday… and then Monday we come together for something special:

9AM – MURPH with Coach Brad

But this isn’t just another workout.

The MURPH Workout is a tribute to Lt. Michael Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life serving our country. This workout is performed across the country every Memorial Day to honor his sacrifice and all fallen heroes.

The workout:
• 1 Mile Run
• 100 Pull-Ups
• 200 Push-Ups
• 300 Air Squats
• 1 Mile Run

Optional: Wear a weighted vest (20/14 lbs) if you want the full challenge.

Don’t worry, we’ll have modifications for all levels, so everyone can be part of it. Whether it’s your first time or you do this every year, the goal is simple:

Push yourself. Support each other. Honor something bigger than fitness.

Let’s pack the room, bring the energy, and show what Fifth Quarter is all about.
