m makes anyone a witness of their own success or a victim of their own lies. On these mats, EVERYONE is equal regardless of their race, religion, political view or financial status. Between these walls everyone becomes a simple human being, with weaknesses, fears, anxieties, but most important, an unstoppable desire to learn and improve their selves in ways that are very particular to each individual who set foot on these grounds. These mats are sacred to me because how it makes me feel, day after day, for the past several years. No matter where I go, this is where I belong.
