Shane's Martial Arts Institute, LLC. At Shane's Martial Arts you will learn to defend yourself, get in shape, and have fun doing it! Classes are open to adults and children ages 6 and up.

At Shane's Martial Arts you will learn to defend yourself, get in shape and have fun doing it! Martial arts training will improve your strength, flexibility, and conditioning. It's a fun way to lose weight and learn self defense at the same time. Classes are held at Shane's Gym in Rock Fork just off of Highway 80 near the Knott County Sportsplex.
