Help out the Garrett High School Shotgun Sports Club with their 2025 season! If you show this flyer on April 16th, a portion of your bill will go to support the program! We look forward to PACKING the restaurant on Wednesday!

It's been a while since we have last been on, but the hackers never got to us!

Our next safety briefing was on Wednesday, January 22nd. Because school was cancelled, we have moved this to February 12th and February 26th. New athletes will be required to attend. Advanced athletes are optional. Start time is at 6 pm.
To give an update, all new student athletes have been briefed on the three main safety rules. We will begin employing and emphasizing those rules as we begin our technical skill work.

Here’s the Details:
- Equipment not necessary to participate
- $20 for 50 targets. All proceeds benefit GHS Shotgun Sports Club
- Join us anytime between noon and 5pm to shoot!
- NRA-Certified Coaches and Range Officers will be present (as always)
- Soda and water available for purchase
- Bring a chair to relax and enjoy the beautiful day!

Join us for the dynamic and popular 5-Stand Open House! We have partnered with our great friends at Auburn Conservation Club to give you an opportunity to support our team, all while enjoying a bit of Sunday fun!

5-stand is a s-hotgun sport that combines elements of trap, s***t, and sporting clays. It involves shooting at clay targets from five stations, or stands, while six to 18 clay target throwers, called traps, are strategically placed around the field. Each station is partially enclosed by a cage that limits the angles at which shooters can fire at the targets, but shooters can see the targets from all stations.

What a great cap to our school year and a great start for our summertime festivities! Right after school, the team gathered and made the long trek to Detroit for a Tigers game before the Great Lakes Grand match tomorrow! The best part: They won!

Looking forward to tomorrow’s shoot. The weather should be beautiful and the coach has a great feeling that there will be some PRs broken.
