A little appreciation post for Mr. Brown! 💪

Coach Alan has become such an important part of our team and of our dancers’ training. He goes out of his way to study classical ballet and understand the specific physical demands placed on a dancer’s body so that his cross training is purposeful, effective, and most importantly, safe.

Specializing in young athletes, he knows how to challenge our dancers while helping them build the strength, stability, endurance, and confidence they need to keep growing.

We’ve started every day this summer in the gym with Coach Alan, and he has been there each morning pushing our dancers, encouraging them, and helping them reach their fullest potential.

We are so grateful to have someone who genuinely invests in understanding what our dancers do and cares so much about helping them become stronger, healthier athletes.

Thank you, Coach Alan, for being such a huge part of our team! 🩰💪
