More than anything else, consistency is 🔑
Other huge tips to getting that first pull up is doing more pull ups or regression variations more often, rows, pulls of any kind to build up the back muscle needed to pull your chin over the bar. That paired with improving core strength to stabilize your body as you pull up and descend is huge!
