More than anything else, consistency is 🔑

Other huge tips to getting that first pull up is doing more pull ups or regression variations more often, rows, pulls of any kind to build up the back muscle needed to pull your chin over the bar. That paired with improving core strength to stabilize your body as you pull up and descend is huge!

🚨Transformation Alert!!! 🚨

Major shout out to who has been absolutely crushing it for just over a year with us.

She is down 118lbs and is continuing to work hard & strive towards achieving any goal she puts her mind too.

But its not just the weight, according to our scanner, she is down in body fat % and up in lean muscle % meaning she is doing it the right way!

She started nervous, a new member who joined us from being a long time member at another gym in the County.

She has bought in and put in the work, consistently making class every day, working diligently with our in house Nutritionist sending her calories daily & sticking to her personally designed program from
all while hitting 50,000 steps weekly.
