Let's talk about the chakra of flow. 🧡

Svadhisthana, the sacral chakra, sits about two inches below your navel, and it's home to your creativity, your emotions, and your capacity for pleasure. Its element is water, which tells you everything about how it wants to move through life: not rigid, not forced, but adaptable, responsive, alive.

When it's balanced, you feel emotionally fluid, creative, and comfortable in your own skin. When it's blocked, you might notice numbness, rigidity, guilt around pleasure, or creative burnout.

This week, just notice. Where in your life do you feel like you're forcing instead of flowing?
