Pil Sung! I have listened to the national and state authorities and agencies regarding this Coivid-19 pandemic. I also sought local advice. I am suspending Tae Kwon Do classes at Garnavillo. I will evaluate how recommendations for public health and safety evolve each week and reopen classes on a week by week basis. This is a new experience for all of us. So taking prudent precaution is warranted. Please consider practicing forms at home. You can do a basic stretching routine every other day. Do a vigorous kicking series for 15-20 minutes to maintain your muscles and stamina. Since we have so many unanswered questions, I suggest a 15 minutes or more meditation time to keep your anxiety in check. As always, you can contact me for further concerns. See you soon.
