When searching for the right changes or going into a new journey for yourself, research research and research. The more you learn the more you grow and heal. I’m constantly learning and unlearning what I thought “I knew for sure.” What I do know for sure is that I must continue my personal education on my own health. I recently discovered that “as we age” our bodies and digestive systems change. Foods or environments that never bothered you before, might gut punch you now, and everything you knew goes out the window. I now invest my time in pursuing and digging into what natural foods / herbs / spices /adaptogens will provide me with the upmost energy, health and nutrition without destroying my new found gut. Lots of trials and exciting wins with occasional disappointments. Do your research, keep moving forward and do not give up on yourself! It’s not easy but you are worth it! ❤️💃🏻💪🏼
