USTA teaches self-defense for all ages, including a full training program of Japanese Jujitsu self defense, Arnis, TaeKwonDo, & Kenjitsue (Japanese Samurai Sword).

Why Taekwondo for Kids Builds Stronger Bodies and Sharper Minds
