We practice Taekwondo and Jujitsu in our class. It is very important to know standup and ground work. Some students are proficient in both styles, others more proficient in one. But what everyone learned is how scary close combat can be. Now they truly understand why it's important to keep your hands up, why your fighting stance is vital, and finally that everything changes when when someone is gunning for you!
