A donation of just $27 buys a cancer patient and their family a meal while in the hospital. $150 pays for a night at Nick's House while patients receive treatment at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

No weights needed, just a pull-up bar (plyo box is optional)!

Do these and time yourself! Break up the exercises/supersets however in order to complete, but complete each one before moving to the next.⠀

You can halve or double the reps, depending on your fitness level and time. You can also modify each exercise; shoot me a message if you want suggestions on how to modify!⠀

Group A⠀
💪 50 pull-ups ⠀
💪 50 burpees⠀

Group B⠀
💪 150 squats ⠀
💪 150 push-ups ⠀

Group C⠀
💪 25 pull-ups (sub for chin-ups, if you desire a slight change)⠀
💪 50 box jumps (tuck jumps, if no box)⠀
💪 100 toe touches⠀
