2023 and almost half the league
has a black QB leading their franchise. And it seems alot of the top programs in college, have a black qb at their helm. Only the AFC East doesnt have any black Qbs. If Trey Lance would have panned out it would have been exactly half. Joshua Dobbs is a place holder for either Kyler Murray or Caleb Williams of USC when he enters the draft as the top QB next year.

The group of black QBs are lead by Patrick Mahomes, of the Kansas City Chiefs. Having won 2 Superbowls our of three appearances. He also has two MVPs. Russell Wilson is the next accomplished, having won a Superbowl and been to 2 when he was with the Seattle seahawks.
Lamar Jackson has been a league MVP, and Jalen Hurts had a Superbowl appearance last year. Of these 14, most accomplished college qb would be Deshaun Watson, winning a national championship with Clemson.
