Air fried crappie is just what the doctor ordered! Recipe: One egg in a bowl with a little water, whip it up and in another bowl is grated Parmesan cheese mixed with seasoning of choice. Dip the fillet into the egg mixture then roll it in the dry mix. Put that in the air fryer then put the peppers and onions on top cook that at 390 for 10 minutes. After it's cooked put shredded cheese on top of the fish and let it cook for 2 mins. Serve warm!
