Dusting off my yoga teaching skillsā€¦ with Pepsi as my very unpredictable assistant. šŸ˜‚šŸ¶šŸ§˜šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

This morning, I felt inspired to teach the ten-minute yoga routine I do every day. No rehearsal, no scriptā€”I just hit record and winged it! And yes, Pepsi decided scratching herself on camera was her contribution. šŸ¤£

Itā€™s real, itā€™s imperfect, and itā€™s a little piece of my morning shared with you. Maybe somebody needed these ten minutes todayā€”to breathe, stretch, and give themselves a little love. šŸ’—

Move at your own pace, do what feels comfortable, and leave the perfection at the door. Pepsi certainly did. šŸ˜‚

Yoga Duets with Pepsi šŸ¾

Turns out the best yoga partner
doesnā€™t correct your formā€¦
they just stay close to your heart.ā¤ļø

Healing sometimes looks like quiet moments, deep breathsā€¦
and a dog who refuses to leave you alone, refuses to leave the mat.

Even on the days I skip yoga for good reasons like neck pain
Pepsi still shows up and plays on the mat like itā€™s part of our routine.

Dogs learn routines and habits better than humans sometimesā€¦
maybe because they truly know how to listen.
Not with wordsā€¦ but with loyalty. šŸ¾

And honestlyā€¦ that might be the best kind of yoga partner.

Balance isnā€™t about being perfect.Itā€™s about staying rooted when life tries to shake you.

Some days balance looks like yoga and deep breaths.Some days balance looks like choosing water first, showing up anyway, and protecting your peace.

I didnā€™t find balance by accidentā€¦I built it through healing, growth, and choosing me over and over again.

Strong roots.Open heart.Clear mind.
