🤝 Investing in our youth and community!

For the second consecutive year, the Douglas County Rodeo has donated $1,000 to the Douglas County Community Services Foundation to support local youth scholarships and recreation opportunities.

🔹 Knox Excavating Inc., Sierra Tahoe Ready Mix Inc., and Mountain West Construction also partnered with the Rodeo to provide arena footing improvements at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.

Thank you to the Douglas County Rodeo and its community partners for supporting local youth and helping keep our spaces thriving! 💙

A great community partnership for Gardnerville Elementary School!

This year, the GES PTO partnered with the Douglas County Rodeo for a special fundraiser. DCR donated its portion of online ticket service fees from all tickets sold during the month of July, raising $1,000 for GES!

Several GES students also stepped away from their classrooms to join in the excitement. Some participated in Mutton Bustin’, while others cheered on parents who were competing in the rodeo or helping as volunteers.

Thank you to the Douglas County Rodeo for supporting GES and giving back to our school community!
