4 mile run followed by a killer 4 mile hike today! 6 days to 1/2 marathon.

Have gotten up to 12 miles this past Saturday. Three weeks to go till the 1/2 Marathon.

Clocked 61.86 miles in July!! Aug 1 did 9 miles...my furthest single run yet! My legs were hurting at the end.

Half Marathon Training has begun. So far this month 16.2 miles under my belt. Rest day today.

Blood drive update... So far we have 11 people committed to appointments and a few maybe ' s . We'd like to get at least 25 through the door tomorrow. Please come if you can.
