Print your flyer, bring it to Margaritas in Augusta on September 29 from 3 PM to 9 PM, and enjoy a great meal while supporting our athletes!

💸 Margaritas will donate 20% of your bill to Atlantic Youth Sports!

Every taco, every burrito, every sip helps us move closer to our goal of building an indoor gymnasium in West Gardiner — a year‑round home for our athletes to train, grow, and thrive.

How to Support:

Today we honor the hard work, dedication, and heart that keep our community moving forward — especially the families, coaches, volunteers, and athletes who pour their energy into making AYS stronger every season.

Labor Day reminds us that growth takes effort, teamwork, and commitment… the same values we teach on every court, field, and training space. Thank you to everyone who shows up, supports our mission, and helps build opportunities for youth across Central Maine.

🏆📣 Join the Atlantic Youth Sports, Inc. Executive Board!
Atlantic Youth Sports, Inc. is seeking dedicated volunteer board members to help guide our mission and future. The Executive Board serves year‑round, committing time and expertise to ensure the continued success of AYS programs and the development of our athletes.

These annual positions include monthly board meetings and oversight of all sports and property in West Gardiner, Maine.

✨ Open Board Positions (Annual – All Programs)
Administrative Assistant - Responsible for administrative and governance tasks supporting the Executive Board.

Financial Officer - Maintains accounting systems, reviews procedures, and recommends improvements.

Development Director - Generates marketing opportunities, sponsors, and grants to support AYS programs.

Social Media/Website Coordinator - Manages social media accounts, emails, and website; creates flyers and promotional content.

Facility Director - Oversees planning, communication, and coordination for teams and facility use.

Registrar - Manages registrations and teams, assists coaches, and supports seasonal operations.

Let’s kick off our journey toward building a 20,000 sq. ft. indoor athletic facility for our athletes and our community. This is the first of many steps — and your support today truly matters.

⭐ PANERA BREAD FUNDRAISER — HELP US BUILD OUR HOME!
We’re kicking off the first of many fundraisers to launch the beginning stages of our dream: a 20,000 sq. ft. indoor athletic facility right here in Central Maine — a place where our athletes can train, play, and grow rain or shine, all year long.

This future facility will include:

Two full basketball courts

A dedicated volleyball court

60x100 indoor turf for softball, lacrosse, and multi‑sport training

A café-style space for families and athletes

A fitness area for athletes and community members

Meeting rooms & community event space

This will be a true home base for Atlantic Youth Sports — but we cannot do it without YOU.

🎉🏀 HAPPY 4 YEARS to our Madness Court!

August 19th marks FOUR YEARS since we opened the doors to the Madness Outdoor Court — the start of our adventure and the future home of Atlantic Youth Sports, Inc.

What began as a dream has grown into a place where athletes learn, compete, and build confidence year‑round. And this past year has been HUGE:

Softball/Baseball Batting Cage added for multi‑sport development
Sand Volleyball Court officially in the works
And still so much more to come

None of this happens without the relentless drive of Coach Shana — our fearless leader who is determined to make this space valuable for athletes for years to come. Her commitment, her hours, her heart… it’s the foundation of everything we’re building.

Here’s to 4 years of growth — and a future full of opportunity for every athlete who walks through our doors. ❤️🖤
