Pilates isn’t just great for the girls. It’s also great for the guys too!

The first week open was amazing!! Thank you to everyone that has come in the doors to take class and for everyone that has inquired about coming into take a class. We have the best community ❤️

We’re actively adding more classes to the schedule and starting to roll out Saturday, Sunday Stretch, and Foundations classes. June 13th has been added to the schedule so book in soon because spots will go fast! Tuesday Tower classes will be added this week as well.

Don’t forget to pick up your Bingo card at the front and play along for a chance to win some goodies. Our Summer Challenge is also going on- take 30 classes from now until the end of August and win our branded mock neck.
