As a Black-owned gymnastics program, we are proud to create a space where every child can dream big, build confidence, and see themselves represented in the sport they love.

This Juneteenth, we honor the past, celebrate the progress we’ve made, and continue working toward a future filled with opportunity for all.

Welcome to PSA Academy — our newest pre-team athletes and future competitors in the making. From brand new gymnasts learning the foundations to confident athletes discovering what they’re capable of, the growth happening in this group is something special.

Every stretch, every drill, every correction, every victory matters. The journey to becoming a competitive gymnast doesn’t happen overnight, but with hard work, consistency, courage, and heart… they’re getting closer and closer to their goals each day.

Stop comparing your chapter 3 to somebody else’s chapter 20. 💜🤸🏽‍♀️

The process is supposed to stretch you, challenge you, and build you. Keep showing up even when progress feels slow. The growth is happening whether you see it yet or not.
