Aiming not only for the development of athletes, but also at the inclusion of children and young people into society, Falcão, in partnership with Coach Fernando Ferreti, developed a pedagogical method of teaching and training futsal for children 4-12 years old. More than a futsal academy, Falcão 12 - Brazilian Futsal Academy seeks to enter children in society, boosting their school performance as
students, to form new citizens and not only new sports stars. Thus, we are now bringing such concept to the CONCACAF region, where we will be using the same training methods being applied in Brazil, which were developed, tested and approved by Coach Ferreti and the Falcão himself. Our methodology of class is modern, in technical, didactic and pedagogical aspects. We develop specific programs for each age group and a follow up system, which ensures the perfect development of the young athletes. The Falcão 12 - Brazilian Futsal Academy applies concepts of networking franchising system, in which all schools work in a harmonious and integrated way, using the know-how acquired by the athlete Falcão and Coach Fernando Ferreti, which is transferred efficiently, allowing ideal partnership between the franchisor and the network regardless of the location of the Futsal Academy, but more importantly, a standard method of training for the children, regardless of the location were they are training.
