Ken Osborne, senior Shotokan Karate black belt and board member of Mumon Karate, will talk about his life journey in the martial arts, including his memories of practice in the early days of Karate in the U.S. He will be sharing his memories of Karate greats such as Caylor Adkins, Tsutomu Ohshima, Sada Honda, Master Egami, Jordan Roth, Chuck Norris, Don DePree, Tak Kubota, Fumio Demura, and others.
The talk will be live on Zoom and limited to the first 100 that preregister.
Participants will be able to ask questions of Ken during his talk.

The Mission of this Indomitable Mental Spirit page is a tribute to the mentality of true warriors, present, past and future. It is to inspire the spirit in all of us that motivates us to strive and accomplish feats, goals, practices and successes, which many people would consider impossible or close too it. We would like to motivate and inspire others too tap into that unlimited warrior spirit inside of all of us. These can also be spiritual sayings and statements which motivate us to push are minds too unlimited levels and capacities.

Every couple days I will be posting various warrior mentality maxims or inspirational concepts, principles and statements. I would like to invite all of you out there to add to these type warrior mind-set quotes and philosophies. It doesn't matter what style of martial arts, MMA, spiritual, or military training you have had. Please give create to the source of the maxim or story, if you have it. You're also more than welcome too add any inspiring short stories, which have inspired you through the years. This way we will all have a place we can go too, which will assist us in staying motivated, inspired and keep this warrior philosophy alive in these modern days.
