Congrats to our six Friars who received All-League Honors for the 2025 Season!

Jacob Vaccariello took a Perfect Game into the 5th inning and a no hitter into the 6th. He would the game striking out 8 over 6 innings of work only allowing 1 hit while not surrendering a walk. Alex Bono was 2-3 at the place with 3 RBIs and Jackson Vaccariello went 3-4 with 2 RBIs! The Friars finish the league season 13-6 and will be the 2 Seed in the upcoming playoffs!

Back in September, a town and three high schools had their world’s turn upside down. Today we got an opportunity to remember those whose lives were lost and to celebrate one young man’s incredible journey back to the game he loves.

To the people of West Babylon, thank you for hosting today’s game and allowing us to be a part of it. We are so sorry Riley and Bella could not be there today. They are forever in our thoughts and prayers.

To Anthony, our as well call him Pags. Words cannot describe how proud Friar Nation is of you. Your road to recovery was certainly not an easy one but you made it back home, to school and eventually the mound. You made us all believe in miracles.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support today. Thank you to all those who have sent messages of encouragement and prayer the past eight months. It is because of all of you that today was possible. 💙💛🖤

Friars pick up a road league win with a dominating 14-2 performance over St. Edmund Prep! Michael Clare earned his 3rd win of the season pitching a complete game striking out 8! At the plate Phil Mazzola was 2-3 with 2 Doubles and 2 RBI! Jackson Vaccariello was 2-3 with a Double and 3 RBI! Adrian Tavarez drove in 2 and swiped 5 bases. Brady was perfect at the plate today going 3-3 with a RBI and a stolen base!
