Long Island Aquatic Club has been ranked one of the top 20 teams in USA Swimming's Virtual Club Championships consistently over the past few years. Our teams have won Junior National, Sectional, Senior Metropolitan, and Junior Olympic titles. Since its inception in 1979, Long Island Swimming has provided a competitive swimming experience for thousands of children throughout Long Island. Our progra
