Well we did it! Somehow we nailed down our very first home in the crazy Boise real estate market. It’s been so much fun putting in the long hours to do some DIY remodeling to make it our own. p.s. - did an amazing job helping us and I would 💯% recommend them to everyone. @ Meridian, Idaho

.duryea is probably going to block me because I keep copying all of his workouts, but they are 🔥!!! I did this last isolation right after some heavy deadlifts and they lit me up!

.duryea strikes again! This is probably my new favorite lateral raise variation. Constant tension from the angle of the cables has my shoulders on fire!

45” is right at my limit (see the 3rd jump...😳 could have been way worse), but I’m super pumped that I was able to get up there since I am at one of my heaviest bodyweights right now.

This new open space at the Village Axiom is awesome!! I love the extra room to throw in some functional training.

I was able to hit 265lbs for my deadlift 5x5 today and 220lbs on my bench! I love seeing the numbers and strength consistently increase each workout.
Also, I am always open to suggestions on improving my form (that’s a huge reason why I record some parts of my workout - to evaluate and critique form) so if you see something that doesn’t look right kindly let me know! ;)

This spunky little fireball turns 5 months old today! She’s the best thing that could have happened to our little family. She’s starting to eat and enjoy solid foods and her laughs are more contagious than the Rona. She also took up Jazzercising recently (see 2nd pic) to follow in the footsteps of Grandma Jana. ;) @ Boise, Idaho

I’ve been doing the 5x5 Stronglifts method on my major compound lifts (benchpress, squat, deadlift and overhead press) for the last couple of weeks. .ehathaway showed it to me and recommended trying it and I have been loving the progress.
This video was my 5th set of 5 reps at 250lbs this morning. What a great way to start off!
