No intro needed for our Tuesday & Thursday FAM! For those who haven’t met or worked with this incredible coach..meet Coach Drew!
Here are some insights into our awesome coach:
“I was always a pretty lazy kid. Up until 19, I was pretty unhealthy and unfit. After deciding it was time to change I reached out to friends I had who were trainers and they guided me. After a year of struggling on and off I found something that worked for me and started to really enjoy the feeling of better health. I love that feeling of better health still. It has played a valuable roll in my life constantly.”
“After being coached for several years as well as trying to find direction in my life, I decided I wanted to be a coach as well. I coached CrossFit mainly as well as personal training. After doing that for several years I ended up opening my own strength and conditioning gym as well as coaching gymnastics. I genuinely love coaching people that have specific goals.”
“To me, health and fitness is freedom. In the same way money can provide you with ability to do things and go places, better health allows me the ability to use my body in the ways I want to for as long as I can.”
“I’ve had a number of accomplishments I’m proud of. Most recently, I did a 12 mile ruck in under 2.5 hours as well as a marathon ruck.”
