I’m honestly so excited (and a little shocked!) to be chosen as Member of the Month 🥹

I almost didn’t share these pictures, but I want to be real about what Evolve has done for me.

I started at Evolve summer 2023 after having my second baby, at my heaviest and feeling really self-conscious about stepping into a gym. I had tried a few places before and just couldn’t stay consistent. A friend (who still goes with me!) agreed to try Evolve for two weeks and we were hooked.

Then life shifted. In 2025, I got pregnant with my third and had a complicated pregnancy. My baby was diagnosed with a heart defect, and between her open-heart surgery and multiple hospital stays, I was away from the gym for about a year. Being away from home, stressed and eating out, of course the weight came back on.

This January, I finally made it back to the gym consistently and I couldn’t be happier!

The trainers here have been everything. Especially Cindy helping me modify workouts when I first started with a bad knee or giving me health advice. Crystal always pushing me to lift heavier (and even sending weekend workouts), and of course a great gym atmosphere where everyone is very supportive and welcoming.

I’m not where I want to be yet, but like Cindy says this journey isn’t linear. And I’m so grateful for everything Evolve has done for me both physically and mentally 🫶🏽.
