One thing we’re especially excited about…

Tuesday nights will feature Professors Ray, Chris, Phil, and Max all on the mats together. This will be the only class each week where you’ll have the opportunity to train, learn, and roll alongside all four instructors in one session.

Whether you’re looking to sharpen your Jiu-Jitsu, improve your submissions, develop your positional game, or simply get more quality rounds, Tuesday nights will be a unique opportunity to learn from a diverse group of instructors and training styles.

📢 We have also added our new No-Gi Uniform Policy to the Band App. Please take a moment to review the updated standards before attending No-Gi classes.

Coach heads out tomorrow to compete at the IBJJF Worlds — and we couldn’t be more proud. 🌎🥋

This guy is an absolute beast. There’s no one that works harder, trains harder, or pushes himself more consistently. And if you’ve ever watched him roll, you already know… you never know what wild move, scramble, or fun trick he’s going to pull out next. 😅🔥

The dedication, heart, and energy he brings to the mats every single day inspire everyone around him.

☀️ NEW SUMMER SCHEDULE STARTS JUNE 1ST. 🌊

We’re excited to officially add No-Gi training to our weekly schedule. 🥋

Both kids and adults will now have TWO opportunities each week to train No-Gi, giving our students even more ways to stay active, build confidence, and continue growing on the mats this summer. 💪😄

Schedule updates include:

• Kids training now available 6 days a week 📅
• Kids Gi & No-Gi classes throughout the week 🥋
• New Adult No-Gi class added Tuesdays at 6:00 PM ⏰
• Friday 12 PM Open Mat is now open to Ages 7+ • All Academies Welcome 🤝

Families now have TWO opportunities each week to train alongside their kiddos during our Friday and Saturday sessions. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

We’re also excited to share that our Women’s Program is coming soon. 👏

Please keep an eye on the Band App for our updated No-Gi uniform guidelines. 📲

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Open Mats 🇺🇸

This Memorial Day weekend, we remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. ❤️🤍💙

We’ll be hosting special Open Mats and would love to have our extended jiu jitsu community join us! All academies, families, and kiddos are welcome.

🥋 Friday 5/22 — Open Mat at 12PM
🥋 Monday 5/25 — Open Mat at 10AM

All regular classes will be canceled during the holiday weekend.

Come get some great training in, bring the family, and spend time with the community this weeken

🥋 Our very first Kids Belt Ceremony was something special.

So proud of every kiddo that stepped on the mats and everything they’ve accomplished both on and off the mats. The confidence, growth, leadership, and teamwork in this room was incredible to witness. ❤️

Huge thank you to all of our parents and families for the support, and special shoutout to the parents that train and stepped on the mats to help.

Special kudos to Kayloni, Atticus, and Elodie for helping lead warm ups and demonstrate techniques! 👏

One of the most special parts of the night was recognizing our kids not just for their jiu jitsu progress, but also through our Academic, Leadership, and Community special stripes. A powerful reminder that jiu jitsu is about building confident, resilient, and supportive young leaders on and off the mats. 🙌🏽

Whether you’re brand new or have been training for years, this is one of our favorite events of the summer and a great chance to connect with the entire GB family outside the academy.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage and selflessness will never be forgotten.

As a reminder, we will be closed Saturday, 5/23 through Monday, 5/25. Regular classes will resume Tuesday.
